 Apply for EU-track

The ECDC Fellowship Training Programme has two paths: EPIET and EUPHEM. For each path, there are two tracks, EU-track and MS-track. Both tracks follow an identical curriculum.
 
EU-track -  Fellows will be placed for a 2-year fellowship in the field of epidemiology or public health microbiology outside of the country of their own nationality.
Individuals will apply to the EU-track on the ECDC website (see link below).
 
MS-track -  Fellows will be placed for a 2-year fellowship in the field of epidemiology or public health microbiology in the country of their own nationality. Fellows are selected by the National Focal Point for Public Health Training of each Member State.  You cannot apply for a MS-track seat on this webpage. You may however contact the National Focal Point for Public Health Training of your member state for more information on the proceedure.

The call for application for the ECDC Fellowship programme 2017-2019 is now open.
 
You can apply for the fellowship (EU-track) on the ECDC website. Closing date for the submission of applications is 20 December 2016, at 24.00 CET.

Candidates must be a national of a Member State of the EU/EEA (candidates from accession countries that will become an EU Member State the same year as the call for applications expires will be eligible to apply to the fellowship).
 
The successful candidates will be required to start their posts at the start of the programme, on 11 September 2017. No later starting date is foreseen.
 
Candidates are strongly encouraged to contact ex-fellows, current fellows, and the Training Site supervisors, to obtain additional information about the Training Sites
