This year, ECDC is organising and hosting the third ECDC-Eurovaccine on 5 December 2011 in Stockholm, Sweden.

For this edition, the format of the conference will be very web-based and highly interactive.

This one-day conference will bring together international experts in the field of vaccinology to provide a platform for information and practice exchange among professionals working in the fields of regulation, policy, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of immunisation activities in European countries.

The value of vaccination: this edition will be focused on  the economic and societal value of vaccination, risk perception and vaccination as an informed choice and monitoring of vaccination programmes. An overall vision on this topics will be provided for professional workers involved in immunization activities in European countries.
