The aim of the public opinion surveys is to collect timely evidence on public perceptions, attitudes and values. They provide snapshots of a particular context where a diversity of variables come together to create communication phenomena, they can be useful in strategic planning on public health communication.

The material presented in this section is a collection of public opinion surveys gathered by ECDC. It does not aim to be comprehensive. The purpose of presenting examples of public opinion surveys is to raise awareness and debate around presented issues.
