The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue covers the period 10-16 June 2018 and includes updates on dengue, Vibrio growth in the Baltic Sea, mass gathering monitoring, Ebola virus disease, West Nile virus, polio and Rift Valley fever.
West Nile fever in Europe in 2018 - human cases compared to the previous season; updated 14 June
Since the beginning of the 2018 transmission season and as of 14 June 2018, no human or equine cases of West Nile fever have been reported by EU Member States and neighbouring countries.
