The report aims to provide an overview of the current situation with respect to HIV testing and counselling for migrant populations and ethnic minorities in order to inform future policy, research and practice to improve access to services for migrant populations and ethnic minorities.

This technical report provides an overview of the current situation with respect to data on HIV in migrant and ethnic minority populations; identifies gaps and methodological challenges; and proposes ways in which data, and data comparability, might be improved in Europe.
