Rapid risk assessment: Cyclospora infections in European travellers returning from Mexico - 21 July 2017
On 14 July 2017, the UK reported an increase of travel-related cases of cyclosporiasis since the beginning of May 2017. From the beginning of the year to 19 July, 58 cases were reported. Information on travel history is known for 38 patients: 23 travelled to Mexico, 10 travelled to a range of other overseas destinations, and five did not travel abroad. This is the third successive year that the UK has observed increases in cyclosporiasis around May and June.
Joint ECDC-EFSA rapid outbreak assessment: Outbreak of hepatitis A virus infection in residents and travellers to Italy
29 May 2013 - Since 1 January 2013 there have been 15 laboratory-confirmed cases of hepatitis A (HAV) infection reported in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland. All cases had travelled to the provinces of Trento and Bolzano in northern Italy during the exposure period.

20 Mar 2017 - Since March 2016, four EU Member States have reported a total of 40 cases of a new Salmonella serotype. This risk assessment discusses the suspected vehicle of infection and assesses the threat to public health in the EU/EEA.
