Consultancy to conduct a literature review to assess the seroprevalence of HIV in the EU/EEA

This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of a negotiated procurement procedure below 60,000 with a minimum of 3 candidates, through which ECDC may award the above-mentioned contract.
The contractor shall perform a literature review using an ECDC-approved robust and verifiable methodology to describe HIV seroprevalence in the following sub-groups: migrants, men who have sex with men (MSM), people who inject drugs (PWID), sex workers, transgender populations, and prisoners; in EU/EEA countries; over the period 2007 – early 2019.
