Joint annual meeting of ECDC-funded networks: ENIVD and VBORNETArchived
On 7-11 May 2012, in Riga, the annual general meeting of two ECDC-funded networks took place: VBORNET (the European Network for Arthropod Vector Surveillance for Human Public Health funded by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) and ENIVD-CLNR (the European Network of laboratories for outbreak assistance and support).
Highlights during the meeting were: respective activity reports per work Package (presented in closed sessions), a public conference on vector-borne diseases, diagnosis of emerging viral diseases and public health, collaborative activities between VBORNET and ENIVD.
