Global Trends and Implications for British Security Conference

The Global Trends conference explored a number of global trends that were likely to affect security and defence policy in the UK over the coming years. These included pandemics, the rise of extremist ideologies, possibility of great power conflict, demographic changes and urbanisation and climate change.

ECDC Director Marc Sprenger delivered a talk on 9 October at the Global Trends and Implications for British Security Conference in London.
